Bathroom door needs cutting down from bottom , also Bathroom floor needs re grouting and a small bit of paint on downstairs celing .

We need to install this cat door (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08LP287J4?th=1) in a wall between a lounge and a toilet (it is an internal plasterboard wall I believe, not wood, a hole will need to be cut to fit the cat door).

Need couple of doors ( one fire door , one internal door ) to be put up with new locks, in the 2nd floor loft area of the house . The doors will need to be trimed to the frame installed. Old hinges removed and new ones used. Locks to put in in once done. The area made neat afterwards.
