Put a sliding door up on a rail. I tried myself but I cannot manage to drill through the wall at all. The holes are all ready marked and measured at the wall

Hang 2 new internal doors. I already have the new doors. Fittings need to be removed/ repurposed from the old ones. Doors need to be cut/ planed to fit the frame. Any cut sides need to be painted white (I’ll paint the back and front when in place). Old doors need to be taken away & disposed of.
