Find wood fencing professionals in London

I need an approx 11 meter broken wooden garden fence replaced - with wooden posts and wooden gravel boards. It's the left fence in the garden - image below. I'm looking for an affordable but durable option - maybe pressure treated pine

Install by simply sliding 8x garden 6ft wooden fence panels into place / existing concrete posts. 6x Wooden fence to be installed as normal sizes. 2x Wooden fence to be cut to size using electric tool.

Replacement of wooden fence panel (6ft wide by 5ft6). Replace top cap of 5 panels and horizontal support on 5 panels. Replace bottom 6 wooden slats of lower side of garden fence (approx10ft by 2ft)

Neighbour has decking and rats have made a run through my garden to get to the decking. They have also ripped a lot of the bottom of the fences apart. Need to close a hole in the soil, patch up the fences along the bottom and maybe put some steel wire along the bottoms to stop them chewing throigh the fences. Any experience of this please feel free to let me know!
