Bed is 10 years old. Works spasmodically. Suddenly started to do this last week. Changed all batteries in remote. Remote lights up and does seem to work occasionally. We pulled the plug out, waited, and put it back. again, briefly working, a few hours later - no it was not working. . a few hours later works again. totally unreliable.
