Engine cranks but won't start everything seems to be working except there's no gas at the fuel injector rail

HELLO MY BMW JUST RECENTLY STARTED GIVING ME TROUBLE. FIRST IT STARTED WITH A CRACK IN THE RADIATOR. I HAD THAT REPLACED. THEN CONTINUED PROBLEMS I ENDED UP REPLACING THE COOLING RESEVOIR AND COOLING THERMOSTAT. NOW CAR HASNT RAN THE SAME. WE TRIED HAVING THE RADIATOR BLED AND FLUSHED. NOW THE CAR IS COMPLETELY PARKED. IT HAS BEEN OVERHEATING AND SMOKING. I HAD A FAMILY MEMBER LOOK AT CAR AND HE SAID THAT IT HAS WATER IN THE OIL IN THE COOLANT NOT THE BLOCK. THERE IS SOME SLUDGE. ANY ADVICE? I CAN HAVE CAR TOWED TO MECHANICS OR YOU CAN FIX AT MY HOUSE. THANK YOU. IF YOU THINK YOU COULD TAKE ON THIS WORK PLEASE COMMENT AN ESTIMATE. THANK YOU.

I had a battery installed but I need for it to be registered

When attempting to start the bike, it makes a loud screeching sound. The battery is charged by a trickle charger. Nice bike, have not had any issues until after taking out of garage after the winter.
