Stage our office with a desk, chairs, and another other supplies you have (wall art, rug, plants, etc.) We just need it to appear as if someone occupies it. Then we need photos and video of the office. May send our photographer to do this but TBA.

They want an entrance sign and poster board , they want a backdrop for photos, and they want to transform the office space into a scene in the Clouds with uplights, fairy lights, and cotton-like material around the hanging lights. Their budget for this part of the service is $3k minimum and potentially can go a bit higher.

We're looking to have a videographer come to film one of our customer's in St. Augustine (although could be flexible up to Jacksonville) to shoot about 5 lines, so we'd need a teleprompter. We'll be hiring a space for this. This is face-to-camera and should be no longer than 1 minute of film. We will then take your footage and put it into our in-house design. Having a party for my son's second birthday this Saturday afternoon in Hacienda Heights. Should be about 3 hours. Probably 40 guests. Was thinking of tacos. Could probably get the meat etc stuff myself. But I would need a person to cook and serve. I'm also open to other catering proposals though.

The dinner is for 10-12 people and food is coming from a restaurant. What I need help with: -Help me serve the food help with any drinks they might want. -Help me also set up and clean up, -Help me put dishes in dishwasher. -Help serve any appetizers. We’re having a casual buffet dinner party in our backyard. There’s nothing in it yet but we’re having tables, chairs, plates, flatware, linens, glasses delivered. It will all be delivered. The food will be delivered from a catering company. We need everything done from getting food on nicer platters once delivered (not fine dining - it’s just buffet style), to cleanup and breakdown There will be 20 people max. Think it requires a 3 people to make it work. 1 server that can also put the catered food into/on the nicer platters we’ve rented. Don’t need to actually do anything other than that. It’s kind a serve yourself (buffet style). I guess just check if anyone needs more water while we’re eating. We can’t do it because we’ll be at the beach getting married : ) 1 dishwasher to clean as we go… and put the dishes and plates back into boxes when finished. 1 person to break down the tables and chairs, and take the linens up.
