Property management and real estate investing office in my home has gotten out of control. Terrible mess of years and years of neglect in the filing and bookkeeping areas. If you love this kind of challenge, help me get it caught up, organized, and ready to file back years of income tax returns. Bookkeeping knowledge and/or property management experience a plus. Must have tons of experience in keeping an office organized and efficiently run, a high frustration tolerance, self-motivation, pleasant to work with, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude. Flexible on working hours, prefer at least 30 hours a week, weekends are ok. Estimate task to take 50 to 70 hours. Work schedule and pay is negotiable based on experience and abilities. Must agree to background screen. Retired experienced professionals encouraged. - Due date: Flexible
