Looking for a landscaper/crew (likely a 2 day - 2 man job) to install a front yard hardscape design in South Austin. All primary materials are purchased and provided on-site. We have tools, but bringing your own is recommended. Scope of Work Excavation & Prep: Remove remaining St. Augustine grass from designated areas in the front yard. Excavate layout for new pathways to ensure a flush, stable base. Build up and level the low sloped area on the side of the driveway using excavated material to create a flat, 4–5 ft wide walking landing that runs from the garage corner down toward the curb. Fabric & Borders: Lay professional weed fabric over all cleared dirt zones. Hand-place river rocks (4–8") to form structural borders along the the pathways, tree beds, and curb lines. Rock & Flagstone Placement: Spread River Rock. Reset existing pavers closer together. Lay out the new pathways using 2–2.5" thick Flagstone. Materials Provided: 2–2.5" Flagstone, 1–3" River Rock, 4–8" River Rock, and Weed Fabric.
