I have a an office chair (Herman Miller Embody) that I’m trying to remove the arms from. Each arm is held to the frame by two screws. I stripped the final screw when I attempted to remove it. My subsequent attempt to extract the screw caused it to break off. I need to remove the broken screw from the chair.

Small, swiveling office chair on wheels. Small black flakes appear under chair after use, but I can't find anything wrong. Seat cushion, etc. are intact, so must be from mechanism.
