North Hollywood 91601, multi unit, 2 stories requires partial repairs as of existing roof. So new torch and then entire roof to be silicone. I will provide the silicone as well as all materials. I just need labor, their own equipment (torch, etc) and someone that is VERY experienced in how to do this. Must have silicone and torch experience. Wash 19 small second story exterior windows (only the portions without screens). Must have a ladder that can reach the roof line of this two story home. Must also be able to adequately patch holes in both wood and stucco to prevent pests and water from getting into the house through the holes left behind from the dish brackets once they are removed.
