Need to have straps of a dress shortened same day

I’m looking for a seamstress to create clothing based on my designs and ideas

I don’t know if this is a possibility at all especially since it’s already so close to Halloween, but I figured it can’t hurt to ask. My child told me yesterday that he is dead set on his costume being “half Spiderman and half iron man.” We have both costumes and I’ve tried to think about if I could cut the costumes in half and sew them together but this is not my forte and I have no idea how to do it and make it look good. Is there someone that could do this being so close to Halloween?

I’m currently looking for a quote for this project so I can let camper owner know approximate costs. There will be two pieces of high density foam that need covered, one for the (64”x37”x5”) “mattress” and another (64” x14” x5”) strip that will be attached to the mattress that acts as a daybed backrest.
