(a) painting prep (masking tape for areas/items not painted), furniture & floor covering, necessary moving furniture, fridge and stove in&out (b)  2 paint coats of paint on: eggshell walls, ceilings, doors, trims (semi gloss) in: dining, kitchen, bathroom, pantry (&shelves), laundry (&shelves), 2nd bedrm (&around wall bookshelf & closet walls). 2nd Bedroom may require a primer first as it's a slightly darker color going into a lighter color. (c) gap & joint caulking with elastomeric/equal caulk as needed (around some windows, doors) eg dining, kitchen & 2nd bedrm windows, above & around front door opening to dining  (d) scraping off, filling gaps/dents/small holes as needed, patching with speckle, sanding, eg above the railing (part of dining); around lights & other areas, as needed  (e) apply primer on all scraped, sanded & patched or other areas as needed (some windows show cracks, bubbles & rough texture) (f) hand/electric sanding (different grit), as needed, smoothing dry wall, allow dry time for speckle (g) replace 2 short baseboard pieces, fill gaps, if needed to match existing baseboard & paint all baseboards white semi gloss (2-3 coats) (h) Tasker to measure all areas, assess amount of paint required; Owner to supply paint, tape & covers but not your tools: ladders brushes etc  (i) White ceilings (dining, kitchen, 2nd bedrm); light grey (dining, kitchen, bathroom) walls & laundry, pantry walls & ceilings, & pantry shelves). Light cream in 2nd bedroom walls & white ceiling. (j) Not for Taskers who are painters only who cannot do drywall/other fixes.  (k) Please come with “can-do” attitude, on time, completing task with a detailed eye.  The job entails working room by room to include ALL fixes in painting prep & completing painting. Although not anticipated, some minor, additional items may be discovered when going room by room, which will need to be included. (l) If all works out, happy to involve you in other work necessary in the rest of the townhouse.

Bedroom ceilings with popcorn, wish to have it removed and then paint ceiling

Howdy, I would need someone to wallpaper 3 of the walls in this small bedroom (10x10ish) and paint the ceiling. This wallpaper is the traditional kind, not the peel-and-stick kind. I have the supplies for all of this; the paint, paint supplies (like roller, brush, paint pan), wallpaper, wallpaper paste, squeegee, etc. logistically; I will need help moving the mattress and box spring out of the room but other than that the room will be clear. With needing to both paint AND wallpaper this might be an all day thing. We could also split into 2 days if that works better or you. Also of note; Wallpaper is really hard to do alone so most likely this will be a 2 person job - if you have experience with this you know. I have 1 guest parking for you as well. Bonus points and/or I’ll be more likely to pick you if you have experience wallpapering and show me some of that work! Thanks
