I built a new pc and I can't get it to boot up. As far as I'm aware everything is hooked up properly. The pc lights up and everything starts to run when I press the power, but I get a VGA and Boot debug lights on my motherboard that won't turn off. I can't get a picture to display on my monitor. The CPU and ram debug lights clear just fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled my gpu and ssds several times and still have the same issue. There shouldn't be any physical damage as all parts are brand new, and don't appear to have any scratches or wear on them. I can't figure out what the issue is but I need my pc to boot. - Due date: Flexible

I built my pc from scratch and don't have another windows computer or usb drive to transfer the installer onto the computer. I tried doing it from a Mac but keep getting errors so at this point I don't know if I didn't install the SSD correctly or the installer drive that I have is just not working properly
