Rebecca help removed more than 70% of the wallpaper. However not all wallpaper are removed as some as understand from Rebecca it is too stuck to the wall and not worth the effort to remove. Instead to have a skim layer and paint it. Hence, will need engage another contractor to perform this skimming in order ready to paint the house.
