We have a leather sofa that has been attacked by our 4 year old with a felt tip pen and he has also put a small hole (<1cm) in one of the surfaces. Not sure that it will come out with stain remover or will need to have the panels replaced. Sadly, the sponges are stitched into the sofa!

My bathroom in an art deco building has shelves located between 2 windows (see photos 1 and 2 below). I would like to make this into a cabinet by installing a hinged door with a glass mirror front to the door similar to the 3rd,4th and 5th example photos below. The first 2 photos are my existing shelves. Approx 42cm by 72cm. I would like a professional quality job. I can do any painting myself if required.

Put up dry wall in the kitchen in preparation for tiling. The place is a rental so the dry wall will need to be secured in a way that can be removed at the end of the lease. The yellow in the picture is the placement of the dry wall. The green will be the future area tiled. Preference given to someone who could complete both jobs. Thanks
