Fix a 34x34cm hole in a plaster wall

Remove old paint (peeling off and very thick and textured). Repaint (double coat) with weather proof paint. Including ceiling. I can buy paint, but ideal if you can get trade rates. Room is 2.7x3.2m.

- 5 holes in 3 walls to plaster and paint - 3 window frames and around where some tape was to plaster (superficial) and paint over

Quick two screws in wall level for hanging.

2 x gyprock ceilings to be installed with shadow lines for 2 x bathrooms (water resistant board) plus one piece in a garage to cover pipes. ( no shadow lines in garage) Bathroom 1 = approx 7.2m2 Bathrooms 2 = approx 3.25m2 1 x small area in garage - approx 1.2m2 Total - 11.5m2 To ready to paint stage ASAP Must be professional with at least 7+ years experience and Public Liability Insurance. Garage is next door and and need access to take photo but approx 0.8m2 x 1.2m2 Also more work in approx 3 weeks

We need help with three tasks at our house that require a handyman An electrician has replaced all the power points and light switches in the house, one wall has a large gap and he wasn’t able to screw the PowerPoints back in, he has set up the wires but we need someone to plaster up the wall to fill in the gap so that we can have an electrician come out and screw the power point in We also have about 10 timber balusters that have come undone over time on the outside balcony, we need someone to screw and glue them back into place as we have two very small children Finally we have three door handles that need to be replaced, the holes are already in place, we just need someone to install the handles into the existing doors (standard privacy handles from bunnings) Please let me know if you have any questions, I have attached some photos that provide further detail

After pulling off 3mm hooks from the walls in our rental apartment some of the paint has come off. The walls are all white and there are 12 x small areas that need fixing. I have attached photos for reference - Due date: Before Tuesday, 7 February 2023

We had damage to our external roof which led to water ingress and eventually resulted in a part collapse of the internal ceiling. There was further damage to the walls (paint) The external roof has now been rectified. We now need to Removed the damaged area Replace the gyprock in this area plaster corners to match Sand ready for painting & Repaint the roof only We are open to when starting anytime from 1st Feb Open to quotes and without painting is fine also

1)Re-render portion of exterior wall beside a sloping entry to an interior garage in a block of flats. Wall has stains from previous water leak. Water leak solved. Part of wall base now needs waterproof coating and new render. 2) Remove drummy and/or damaged plaster from part of interior stairwell.
