Few taps are leaking and few wooden drawers are loose

Mount the mirror on the wall. You will need to drill new holes and use your own tools. Located in Chatswood

We need 5 pictures hung on the wall plus move one 42inch monitor to another wall and mount 1 x 75inch tv in its place.

Patch up the 2 small holes on ceiling. the holes were made to hang the TVs. and paint the patch up color white to match the existing ceiling . the fee offered includes taking the 2 TV down as well, its just to unscrew on the back of tv stands. in addition, the TVs are still there, happy to offer another $50 to take TV down

Balcony railing is loose and Screws have come out. I would need to fix it tomorrow. It's not firmly fixed and a bit wobbly. Will need more clamps to fix this, don't want to change the wood

e.g. changing the joints of the cabinet door, changing the ceiling lights (need a ladder), and fixing the bathroom vent

Need someone to fix broken wall

My 6.3mm headphone plug has come apart inside the jack, leaving the tip lodged deep within. I’d like this tip to be removed. Receiver model is Onkyo TX686

Cutting to size using hand saw (bring own trestles and saw) and using liquid nails to adhere to wall. Rehanging artwork on top. May require two people as panels are heavy and 2.7m high. 6m wide and there are 10 panels

Nib L shape wall needs to be set and sanded. Top can be rough as timber is going on top but corners need to be touched up and base coated + top coat and sand. Angles are on but 1 90mm x 2.7m corner needs a strip on it with an angle. Joint master and half a bag of base coat is on site and angle same as stud adhesive. And gyprock is on site.

Part of keystone brick wall has fallen due to rain. Need it rebuilt, gravel and sand.

The sliding door gets stuck when trying to open or close, not sure why or if there’s anything stuck in the tracks. Please also retighten the screw for the door handle. You’ll need to be available weekdays 9am-3pm.

Stone table little bit damage

Need some pavers leveled out and possibly small plastering patches. Hourly rate.

Need a handy man to repair loose outdoor tiles in front of office; clear palm leaves, get on a ladder to straighten a projector; move heavy coffee machine to a building 100m away.
