Door handle is broken, crack in the middle of the door by shoulder push, so needs to change all of it, I reckon. Price can be discussed later!

Bathroom draws not functioning as brackets stuffed, won’t close properly

Have a in-built desk that has the powerpoint above. It is attached to the wall so all cords need to go over the desk to reach down. Hoping to get a quote for drilling a hole through the desk so I can place a grommet there and lead cords through to below.

there is a 3mm to 5mm gap under the main door. Rubber seal will no work. Wood work is required to make is cold proof. Also require to varnish. thanks

- The front door handle and lock is almost coming off its hinges and needs to be either fixed or replaced. - There is a kitchen shelf which has a large stain on the upper part of the shelf. Needs to be replaced and installed correctly. - Two shelves in the pantry cupboard which contain a number of scratches and marks which needs to be replaced. - Two bedrooms which contain a number of dark patches on the walls and stains/marks on and near the window sills that need to be fixed. Sugar soap was initially used to try and clean the marks but they are still distinctly noticeable. If the marks, stains cannot be fixed, I would like a quote for repainting of those areas.
