Screws of the top hinge on a door have pulled out of door frame. Need minor repair to screw the door back into the frame. Will require some wood glue inside existing holes to ensure screws can hold the hinges

I need the old hose reel attached to the house removed and replaced with a Hoselink retractable reel. I have purchased the retractable hose reel and the pack contains all hardware needed. First image is old reel to be removed, second image is the new one showing wall connection.
