Need to install sliding windows and extraction fan in a VW Transporter T5

I need to repair/replace the rotten window frame (winder part). Also need to repair damaged timber around the window outside and inside. The window is located on the first floor.

The winder (handle) has come out of the fixture on our window. We can’t re-thread it and need some help reattaching it or replacing the fixture, if need be.

URGENT HELP REQUIRED - We need to reinforce or reinstall around 15 hooks urgently (using the fastener style hooks) for displaying a hanging installation for our new store opening tomorrow (Saturday) morning. For one of the installations (see in picture), there are 8 hooks to be used - the current ones are too loose and need to be reinforced using the fastener or cup style hooks, whatever is appropriate. Old winder needs to be replaced by a new one that I bought. The screw on the window is stripped a bit, you may need a plier or other tools.
