I am wondering if it is possible to alter the zip to remove the part at the top which has broken but keep the remainder of the zip intact.

Hi! I would like someone to remove the frills from the straps of my playsuit. Essentially, leave the spaghetti straps as they are, but just take the frilly bits off. I have a super heavy duty Carhartt Detroit jacket which I love. However, the sleeves are too long and baggy. I’m looking for someone to shorten the sleeves by around 2 inches, by removing length at the shoulder seam. (Hope that makes sense). Keen to explore COVID safe options to make this happen. Thanks!
