I have a linen dress that I need the shoulders adjusted, and the length taken up.

I have a dress which I would like altered to be shorter. This job would only need the overlay shortening as the underlay is already short. Should be a quick job just needs cutting and hemming. I bought this dress and it doesn’t quite zip up! I don’t have time to get a new dress and I really like this one. I’m not sure my options but I was hoping to either to somehow take material from the bottom and extend that zipper section, Or alternatively take the zipper off and add a corset style back, or if you have any other ideas about options
