My daughter bought a formal dress online with multiple layers and a short train. We would like to get the dress taken up so that the hem is even all around the dress and goes just below the ankles. There is also a split in the skirt and we would like this sewn up.

Tailor two pairs of wool pants, take the waist in. Currently too loose.

Need a dress taken in and love for it to be completed before 8th September as I need it for an event. I would love to get onto this ASAP so I can ensure it’s all sorted by the end of the ‘work week’. Hey there, I’m a complete beginner to making clothes - I love fashion but have zero idea how to sew etc. I would ultimately love to learn how to make my own suits, blazers and shirts etc as these are what I love. I have a cushion that I was making and my sewing machine broke, I've got the thread, fabric pieces cut out, zipper, everything is sorted I just need someone to sew the pieces together. Preferably at mine so it doesn't need to be transported. It's a box style cushion doesn't need to be perfect.
