Find an experienced apartment painter in Bellevue Hill

My neighbour and I each want to repaint our apartments. Due to the close proximity to the ocean we get a lot of mould. Would like the entire apartment repainted with anti-mould paint (walls, ceilings and trims). My apartment: 2 bedroom and living space Neighbour’s apartment: 1 bedroom and living space (Kitchens, bathrooms and laundry are fully tiled, but ceilings needs to be also repainted with anti-mould paint). Before painting please can you please also ensure the walls and ceilings are appropriately cleaned from any mould (we have tried to clean it already but more may be needed) so the surfaces are correctly prepared for repainting…. please advise what information you need to make a quote. I can source and supply the paint or happy for you to do so, please make that explicit in your quote, as long as we are sure to use the correct anti-mould paints/primers/etc.

Small Old apartment with some peeling paint needs a complete refresh. Plain white for whole unit. Kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, sunroom and living room. ceilings also which are a bit flaky.
