We have a small one bedroom apartment on the lower level of our house and a separate studio room (like a granny flat but just one open room). 1. Walls: need to be repainted, a dozen hooks to be removed, the previous tenant had posters and looks like tape has left marks on the wall. 2. Two corners of the wall have old water damage and need to be patched - see pictures. 3. The mini kitchen needs some new skirting boards - see pictures

Looking for my apartment in south Brisbane to be painted. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining and lounge areas and hallway entrance etc. I was thinking main walls to be painted in Antique White, door frames and doors in Vivid White and master room bed wall Pewter Grey and feature wall in lounge room Pewter grey (gotten from Dulux Website). Bathroom does not need to be painted. 3rd story apartment in South Brisbane on Vulture Street.

Cut and install skirting to 2 bedroom apartment, living, kitchen, inside wardrobes. Floor plan in photos. I will have the skirting lengths on site and painted. Just need them cut and nailed in place. Once installed I can patch/paint/gap fill.
