I live in an apartment with some sagging ceilings where the support beams can be seen. I would love to request a quote for amending this to create a flat, smooth ceiling appearance. I have heard some budget friendly options include covering the ceiling with plasterboard or VJ panelling. I believe the dining, kitchen, and living room areas collectively are approximately 38 square metres (I have attached the floor plan for reference).

No rush. We are waiting for our new home to be finished and we can’t give an exact timeframe for the work. Two bedroom apartment to be fully repainted on ceilings and walls. Interior space is roughly 94 square meters. Located in Glebe Park Residences. Preparing for sale. You will have garage access and a lift direct to the property. There is also an issue with the ensuite sliding door that needs to be repaired. I will provide photos once we have moved out. Carpets are going to be replaced so we are not worried about them. The laminated floorboards will need to be protected.

I have a 1 bed apartment need to paint so it look fresh. at the moment it has no issue with the current paint but I want the house look shiny.

A trade-qualified painter is needed to sand and paint several walls and a door of a one-bedroom apartment. The owner is occupying the property after renting it for five-years. A new coat of paint will fix minor wear and tear (e.g. removed picture hooks). The nine walls are different lengths (see floor plan and pictures). The bathroom door has some condensation damage. The paint will be provided.

Just wall painting for 1 layer of 1 bedroom apartment

Small patches of paint peel-off, cracks repair, refresh paint to 1. external balcony wall (and clean or paint soffit of balconies upstairs if the spider web at the soffit surface cannot be cleaneded) and touch up and refresh paint to internal walls of 3 bedrooms (each with built-in wardrobe and 2 bedrooms with one side full height glass wall) to a vacated apartment unit with internal carpet. Patching a few small holes/marks from picture hooks and re-painting a medium size bedroom. The walls have been cleaned and the room is empty (one wall has a large built in wardrobe). There is also paint available in the apartment.

We would like to rent out our 2 bedroom apartment in lyons but need majority of the walls repainted prior. I have purchased a 6L tin of paint to begin with and can purchase more as needed. I do not have roller brushes, so if you do, that would be a bonus for us! But can also purchase if needed. Looking for approximate quotes as if it is too $$, we might have to do it ourselves. Fix any wall irregularities, holes, old picture hanging hooks, make smooth etc. Looks in fairly good condition currently. Paint white including skirting, ceiling, doors. Please advise on matt, semi-gloss, gloss for those areas. Both bathrooms are tiled floor to ceiling and the kitchen is mainly cupboards so only ceilings in these areas (preferably with mildew-resistant mouldshield, semigloss, acrylic base or similar) Floor plan attached - large windows to lounge and main bedroom. Only a shutter window in the spare room/study. Two-bedroom apartment, with one bedroom being a mezzanine. Staircase walls and ceiling to be included. Mixture of oil enamel for skirtings and doors, acrylic satin for walls. Roller painting suitable. High ceiling to part of the lounge area; otherwise, low ceilings, easy access. 2 small bathrooms (ceiling only). Suggest inspecting first to quote. No furniture to move, carpet is to be replaced so covering carpet not important and may be lifted for easy access to skirtings. We will provide paint, groundsheets. The work is at "The Forum" in the City - please check online for an idea of apartments. Note the 2 br apartments have a much smaller high ceiling area than the 1 br. Need someone to put sealant on our porous tiles on our balcony. For this you will also need to pressure clean our apartment balcony (24 sq meters approx), remove pre-existing stains. This is a brand new property (Build Feb 2021), so not many stains.
