85m2, 2 bed apartment needs painting. Walls, ceilings, woodwork. Some filling and sanding might be required. White walls and ceiling, grey woodwork. Can provide paint or exact colours. 2 bathrooms within the 85m2, only ceilings need painting, anti-mold paint preferable.

I have several walls in my recently tenanted apartment that need cleaning. They're not actually dirty, they just have a lot of streak marks from when they were cleaned by hand. There are 3 blue feature walls with a type of paint that makes streaks very visible whenever you touch or wipe them. These are going to be tricky to get looking good. There is one long white wall that also needs cleaning. Please see attached photos showing the type of streaking. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 29 April 2022

Paint feature or full walls of 3 bedrooms, kitchen cabinets and balcony interior walls

I’m looking for a painting quote for a 1 bedroom apartment in erskineville. We need it painted by this Friday. It’s to touch up the apartment ready for sale. The place was originally painted 6 years ago but it would be the whole apartment including bathroom. Please see floor plan attached. Please is currently not tenanted but does have some furniture in there (ie couch, book shelf and bed). Can be moved into the kitchen if required. Walls and ceiling required but no doors or skirting

Loft style apartment interior base area needs painting. 1 side wall, 1 smaller side wall, 1 door (one size) and skirting. Paint supplied. Painting walls same colour so would be one coat after prepping a few spots. Skirting needs a bit of prep and needs two coats. Door has two coats already so need finishing coat. Need to have own tools. Should be a quick job. Can move furniture into middle and outside for a easy access Flexible on date, have pushed out during COVID lockdown.

End of lease. Stick on picture hangers have pulled the paint off in about 10 different places. Have 1 liter of the correct colour paint.

End of lease on 6 month old apartment. Paint has come off when temporary stick on picture hangers have been removed.
