Need 2 people to , clean, prep and paint walls. All equipment and paint supplied. 2 bedroom apartment approx 85m 2 so smsll and painting walls only (no ceilings) Prefer ppl with painting experience. Tuesday lunch/afternoon and Wednesday day access.

Re-paint a 1 bedroom apartment. Currently walls and ceilings are in good condition. Walls currently half Lexicon White half, want Lexicon White quarter, Ceiling currently white, want dark grey brown. Ceiling has some texture to surface so not flat flat. Hi. I’m going to move out of my apartment and rent it out. I need a few things done which I don’t have the skills for. - wall plastering / painting over patch ups. (Some holes in walls and cuts in ceiling. - fixing up kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Just to make sure they aren’t crooked and all opens and closes nicely. - Looking to having floor skirting installed where carpets are now timber floor and walls need edging at base if possible, am aware it would be significant undertaking and looking at possibilities. Unit is around 14 years old, and in good shape, just want to make sure some things are straightened up. Happy to discuss and ideally looking to have it all done in one go, timeframes and days flexible.
