Job Details: • Location: Top floor of a 3-level apartment building (no lift – painting gear will need to be carried up the stairs). • Scope of Work: • Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (to be painted), 1 bathroom (not to be painted). • Downstairs: Living area, kitchen, and spare toilet (to be painted). • Ceilings do NOT require painting. • The paint is the exact same as the existing, so only 1 coat minimum is required, or touch-ups where necessary. • Some small holes from old picture frames and nails need to be patched before painting. • Additional Notes: • The stairwell to the bedrooms is carpeted, so extra care must be taken to protect the carpet and floors. • The apartment will be empty, but all floors (especially carpet) must be covered adequately. • We will supply the paint, but you will need to bring your own tools and materials for preparation and application. Requirements: • Must have experience with interior painting. • Ability to patch small holes before painting. • Must provide own tools and drop sheets to protect floors and carpet. • Work must be completed before February 14th. Ceiling height is 2.5m high. Bathroom will be fully tiled, but remaining may require sealant and waterproof coating in wet areas for protection 3D renders provided for reference.
