Just ceiling in robe not built ins. Exclusions: balcony/exterior. Window frames and glass doors to balcony, there are no wardrobe doors, built in shelving in study.

I have lived in this apartment for 3 years, it is a rental property. I would like someone to do some wall-cleaning and touch up paint work around the apartment to make it look fresh.

Looking for someone to repaint my small studio apartment as a tidy up in readiness of our first open house inspection to sell. The areas in need are the hallway, bedroom and living/kitchen area. If interested, a new top layer of grout to freshen things up is also needing to be done but optional. There are minor scuffs/dents if interested, although mostly looking for a fresh layer of paint for a better presentation.
