We are looking for an experienced painter who can paint the walls in our spare room and study. The walls will all be in Lexicon colour with one wall in Dulux Ancient Ruin in our study. I have a vacant 2 bedroom apartment which I require painted using Dulux Lexicon half. The apartment was last painted entirely about 9 years ago so is looking a bit tired. NB I recently renovated the kitchen so that ceiling was painted along with the bathroom ceiling. One Bedroom Apartment in Mosman. It's painted only a few yrs ago so in great condition. There are moisture stains on the ceiling of living room and bedroom hence the ceiling need to be painted. Repainting internal walls of a rental property, 6 years old only, one-bedroom size (52sqm), all plaster walls, currently vacant. Paintwork for the bathroom and laundry is not required. Only the hallway, living room and bedroom and doors/door frames.

Apartment needs open living/dining area painted. It was freshly painted prior to purchasing however I am not happy with the tone so would like to do an extra coat in a cooler/natural white.
