We are selling our 2 bed, 2 bath double brick unit so looking to paint the walls after removing furniture, pulling carpets and washing walls. As we are selling would like to have a sharp, professional finish. Estimated area to paint is 135 square meters. Please quote costs for labour and advise the materials (paint, primer, etc). I've just bought a 120sqm 2 bed 1bath apartment and it's in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. The current owners have painted each room a different colour (blue, green etc).
