Just one coat of paint walks and ceiling in very small apartment.Also to paint 3 doors 1 bathroom door and 2 bedroom doors.

Apartment in Ringwood - have roughly 30 Spots to touch up with paint , two of the cupboards need more than the others I’m selling it so don’t want to notice marks on the paint , looking for an experienced painter with experience touching up. Need someone who can do this Friday the 2nd or sat the 3rd - just had brand new carpet in the rooms so would need you to put drop sheets etc and be super careful. I have the paint you need so please don’t include that in quote

I would like to know if you have the availability to paint my one-bedroom apartment in August? I should be able to get the keys to the apartment by 20 August. The apartment's internal size is 48 square metres. This is the scope of what I would like painted: Living room Kitchen Bathroom Laundry Bedroom x 1 Ceiling Doors x 4 I will likely be purchasing the paint myself. Would you be ok with that? Just require someone to do touch up job on scuff marks on internal apartment door/wall. Standard artic white. Is only a 4 year old apartment (very new). No sanding required. 1 bathroom door; 1 couple of walls.

Details 1/ Prep walls for painting, including filling cracks, filling hollows where paint has come away, and removing hooks and the like left by the previous occupier. 2/ Prep new windows in the bathroom, 2 bedrooms and living area for painting, including filling nail holes and sanding where they have been filled by the contractor who installed them. 3/ Paint all skirting boards, architraves, walls (including inside wardrobes and euro laundry) and window frames throughout the apartment. 2 coats of paint to all pre-painted surfaces, primer and 2 coats on unpainted surfaces eg new skirting boards and window frames. Same colour is fine eg antique white. Satin finish. Looking for hardwearing paint. 4/ Wash ceilings - light wash to freshen them up instead of painting. Airtasker contractor to supply all materials. Apartment is 81 sqm in total, comprised of 2 bedrooms approx 21 sqm together, kitchen and living area 47 sqm, and the remainder being entry, bathroom, toilet and cupboard. The whole apartment is empty, no furniture to move or cover, no floor coverings (carpet removed). Skirting boards in bedrooms being replaced by 23 April. Painting can start after that.
