We have recently installed a new air conditioning unit in our property, which has necessitated the cutting of an opening in the ceiling. The dimensions of this opening are approximately 200cm x 110cm . As a result of this installation, we now require professional services to patch and repair the gyprock ceiling where the opening has been made. Job Specifications: Location of the Repair: The repair is to be carried out on the ceiling where the new air conditioning unit has been installed. Size of the Opening 200cm by 110cm: The work will involve patching the hole in the gyprock ceiling, ensuring that the repair is seamless and matches the existing ceiling texture and paint. Finish Requirements: We are looking for a high-quality finish that will not only support the structural integrity of the ceiling but also maintain the aesthetic appearance of the room. Painting the gyprock is required. In the image you will see the patch in the cieling which is covered by plywood. Location: Potts Point - There is no parking inside the building. The place to park would be on Macleay Street. Outside the building. 1:00pm is a good time for parking.
