I'm getting my flooring redone and would like to repaint my hallway, living room and kitchen area before the new floors go down. It will need to be sanded and just repainted a basic white. Skirting boards and the ceiling will need to done too, there's not much furniture and it can all be pulled away from the wall easily. I am expecting only 2 coats will be needed and the total square meters (including the ceiling) is about 70sqm. There is lift access to the apartment. Thanks!
