Lexicon Quarter gloss colour required for skirtings and Matt for patching on walls. Bathroom already painted last year in renovation.

We are locking from someone to jet wash our common area in time for summer. You will need to bring your own jet wash, the whole area will be cleared (ie., there will be no pots to move), the driveway will have some outdoor furniture which you can jet wash around rather than move. The areas are: 1. Courtyard approx 12 mtrs X 5 mtrs 2. Driveway approx 10 mtrs X 3 mtres 3. Stairs (from ground to first floor) there are 2 sets of stairs at the front and back of the property We are about to treat the area for algae/moss so weather permitting we can be flexible. We have driveway parking available and water hose options in all areas.
