3 bedroom apartment in need of new coat of paint before we move in at the end of the week. Includes sunroom, kitchen and living room with small marks on walls from wear and tear and some peeling occurring over time. Job can be completed over Monday 16th to Thursday 19th after initial review. Some paint is available from previous applications but may need additional supply and equipment. Odourless and rapid dry paint required. Apartment is empty currently and access easy from street down stairs, unlimited street parking.

Looking for a painter and decorator to paint a 2 bed, 1 study, 1 bath, including prep, ceilings, skirting, doors, window trims. Floor plan attached.

Painting walls only (no ceilings) of two bedroom apartment. The walls of two bedrooms and a lounge / dining room need painting (see floor plan). Able to supply the paint if easier or reimburse with receipt. There is an archway (in dining room) that would also need to be painted. Floor plan has also been provided to give an indication of timing. Painting all walls white. Looking to complete between 14-16 December but can be somewhat flexible on timing.
