I need my apartment painted along with spray painting the window frame on our bedroom sliding door and our living room sliding door and wintergarden. Need some holes and cracks to all be patched up before the work is to commence. If you have grout, re-silicone and handyman experience, would be highly desirable too as we need this work done. We are looking for someone to do a refresh paint and patch of our apartment. Walls and skirting. Parking available with clearance of 2.4m The apartment is 2 bedroom split level. Bedroom 1 is 3.2m x 3.8m and has both a built in wardrobe on one wall and a floor to ceiling window as part of one wall. Bedroom 2 is 5m x 3m and has both a built in wardrobe on one wall and a floor to ceiling window on one whole side (and therefore no wall). The living/dining/built in kitchen is 9M x 3.6m. There is a set of stairs, and a hallway between the entrance, bedrooms and stairs approx 4m long. The walls were painted approx 2-3 years ago but there are some minor scuff marks and some patching (where paintings have previously hung). We are planning on renting the property so just need a tidy up. We plan to use something like Dulux Wash and Wear in a white or off white colour. Thanks - Due date: Flexible

Our neighbours have removed part of their non bearing wall in the study nook and we’d like to do the same (as pictured) - the apartment is being painted mid August, so it would just be prepping the wall for that. Hi, I’ve already had a professional cleaner in, they were great but unfortunately missed a few things. However, they haven’t left behind a big job. This is the feedback from my real estate. I don’t think it will take long just a few touch ups. Skirting Boards Cobwebs at the balcony (only one side, other side is perfect and done.) Staircase Wall Spot Clean Floors are perfect, just two spots that need going over.

Two bedroom apartment in Zetland to be painted. However only require 1 bedroom to be painted, a joined kitchen/living room walls and stairway area (it’s a split level apartment) and 4 doors (all the same size to be done). Only walls, no need for ceilings or skirting boards to be done. Apartment is furnished and lived in, so furniture will have to be moved/ covered to avoid paint spills. There are no carpets to worry about. Apartment will be vacant except for one person that will be residing in the second bedroom that doesn’t need painting. So you can take your time (5-6 days) to complete the task. A bit of patching (3 bits approx) required. Airtasker/s will need to have all your own equipment, tarps, ladders etc. If you could provide paint that would be great, however we can supply as well depending on what’s easier. Job must be done between the 11th-17th Jan. Cheers!
