Need small 1br 1 bath apartment with sunroom painted. Needs some small bit of plastering in a couple of places on the walls. Would need to bring all your own paints and materials. Looking to get it painted white.

My neighbour and I each want to repaint our apartments. Due to the close proximity to the ocean we get a lot of mould. Would like the entire apartment repainted with anti-mould paint (walls, ceilings and trims). My apartment: 2 bedroom and living space Neighbour’s apartment: 1 bedroom and living space (Kitchens, bathrooms and laundry are fully tiled, but ceilings needs to be also repainted with anti-mould paint). Before painting please can you please also ensure the walls and ceilings are appropriately cleaned from any mould (we have tried to clean it already but more may be needed) so the surfaces are correctly prepared for repainting…. please advise what information you need to make a quote. I can source and supply the paint or happy for you to do so, please make that explicit in your quote, as long as we are sure to use the correct anti-mould paints/primers/etc.

Two-bedroom rental needs to be restored to boring off-white. Painted during Covid in bright colours so probably primer and two coats (sprayed) needed in some rooms (others easier).

We need help completing some work at a small apartment in Bondi Beach. We will pay $50 PER HOUR. Tasks to include: painting walls, ceiling and trim. Space is prepped and ready which means walls are clean, rooms are taped and tarps are down. Supplies are on premises. Owners will be present and painting. We hope to complete this work on Sunday. Reposting this task as the job has changed. We need our small 2 bedroom apartment in Bondi painted. The apartment is actually in great condition, we just want a freshen up + there is some flaky paint on the woodwork that needs to be properly prepped and repainted. Outline of job: - Paint the apartment, see floor plan - all areas in pink. - paint skirting boards - paint ceiling - paint doorframes - properly prep the walls/woodwork so that any flaky areas are fixed. - Be extremely careful of the floors, as we have just had these done - so drop sheets are a must!! What we don't need: - no painting required in kitchen - no painting required in bathroom walls, only ceiling + door Please outline how long you need to complete this task as well as how much the painting supplied will add to the cost of the job. The apartment is now furnished, these photos are a week ago when getting floors done. We will move furniture to the middle of the room and cover with drop sheets. Thank you!

four interior door frames (approx 240cm tall) with white enamel gloss paint are chipped and need sanding and repainting, probably at least 2 coats. some minor patching / filling needed for uneven sections. will update with photos later today. quotes should include costs of quality paint and any/all tools, dropsheets and cleanup please.
