Looking for someone to repaint areas and fix minor concrete spalling on the exterior of a 8 unit apartment block and areas of 5 garages. This needs ro be done by licensed trade professionals. An inspection and final quote is required prior to accepting the task.

Pay is per hour so you don't need to estimate and I will provide all materials, just let me know what you need. Otherwise you can provide a fixed price if you want. You can do it either this Sunday or Tuesday, Thursday, Friday during the week. Would be good if you live close to Mona Vale so you can make several trips to get good outcome.
