Painting required for 2 bedroom apartment in south Yarra. All rooms walls and ceilings need painting; kitchen, lounge, master bedroom, bathroom and small second bedroom (bathroom and kitchen area are mostly tiled). Apartment will be unfurnished at time of painting. Need to supply own tools and paint - white for the ceilings and off white for the walls. There is a brown feature wall in living area that may need extra coats to cover.

We have an existing apartment that needs the ceiling repainted and three walls. Ceilings are plaster and currently painted a version of white. We want the ceilings repainted in a flat ceiling white paint. One coat should be enough. Ceilings are approx 55 sqm. Also need two walls painted of approx 24 sqm (see images). Looking for someone to repaint my small studio apartment as a tidy up in readiness of our first open house inspection to sell. The areas in need are the hallway, bedroom and living/kitchen area. If interested, a new top layer of grout to freshen things up is also needing to be done but optional. There are minor scuffs/dents if interested, although mostly looking for a fresh layer of paint for a better presentation. I recently started painting my new apartment but quickly realised I’m in a bit over my head! 😰 So I’m looking for an experienced painter who can do a professional job. The walls have already been sanded and prepped, (although I have not sanded the trim) The apartment is just over 50 m², and I’ve already purchased the paint—it’s all ready to go at the apartment. I’m moving in on Wednesday, so I know this is short notice, but I’m hoping someone can help me out before then. My top priority is painting the living room, as well as a small entrance and hallway. If possible, it would be great to paint 1.5 walls in the kitchen too. Bonus points if you can also paint the trim in the bedroom (the walls are done, but not the trim). No ceilings or doors need to be painted.
