We need a 2-bedroom unit painted, and any scratches on the walls fixed between 14 and 18 June. Even though it's a 2-bedroom unit, there aren't that many surfaces to paint: - Most ceilings are polished concrete, except for the section next to the entry. - We don’t want to do anything in the bathrooms this time (they’re tiled). - Most walls are window walls (including some of the interior walls), which don't need painting. The original paint is Dulux Natural White. Attached are photos of the place and a floor plan with markings indicating the walls and sections that need to be painted.

I am looking for an experieced painter to paint a one bedroom apartment. Internal painting & Balcony painting. Preffered paint is Dulux. My 1-bedroom apartment in Waterloo (approx. 41sqm) needs a coat of paint on the walls and ceilings just to refresh it - I think a single coat should be enough rather than a full 2-coat job. It's also been re-floored and there are some small gaps between the new wooden floor and the skirting which would be good to fill in, and some minor touch-ups where the skirting has been put back.
