I have an apartment of 2 bedrooms , kitchen n living room n 2 bathroom needs to do painting . $ 2500 including materials cost.

Hi, I need to have my apartment painted pretty urgently. I would like to have the walls, doors, and skirting boards of the following rooms painted: - Main Bedroom (approx 3.9Lx3.6Wx2.5H) - Second Bedroom (approx 2.5Lx3.6Wx2.5H) - Living Room (approx 3.6Lx4.5Wx2.5H) - Kitchen (approx 3.0Lx3.6Wx2.5H - cabinetry etc.) - Small hallway (approx 2.5Lx1.0Wx2.5H) I would like this to be done in white paint, with a pretty durable finish (i.e. Wash & Wear or similar). The place has a tendency to get damp, so some form of mould proof additive mixed into the paint would also be appreciated. There are some holes in the wall that would need to be patched and sanded. The apartment also has steel window frames that were previously painted in water-based paint and are looking a bit worse for wear. I would really appreciate if these could also be stripped back, painted with rust proof primer and white rust proof paint. Once again, the mould additive would be much appreciated. I planned to paint it myself whilst I was not working due to COVID and have done a lot of the prep work but since going back to work I don't have the time to get it finished.
