I have somehow changed all the settings on my MacBook and I can’t access my emails, I’ve been locked out of my profile and a few more things.

Both USB C ports on a macbook pro (model A2159) do not work. Originally thought the battery was dead so I replaced the battery - laptop worked and data was backed up, but connecting any device to USB C port did not work. Cannot recharge the replacement battery so we know USB C ports are at fault.
