I have a Superloop wifi service, using a Deco X2 mesh router. Until this morning, it was working great. Main router was red this morning, tried to reboot and start again, but Deco app is not playing nice. Need some help to resolve.

After an outage last night we cannot connect to the internet. Settings on phones and laptops have stick for being connected to the network but we cannot get from there to the internet. We would love your advice and assistance please. With thanks John

Check condition of router, repair or fix wifi. Settings on laptop and phones say we are connected to wifi but no link to internet is made

I need to set up a second modem onto the same wifi. This has been done originally but now have a new internet provider and needs to be done again

Recently switched to IInet cable broadband from Starlink. When router (supplied by IiNet) looses signal it doesn’t reconnect to eufy wifi cameras, once back online. I have to manually power cycle router. Wanting a solution so I don’t loose feed when remote. Happy to spend more if new router is required.

Reset a router and make sure it comes back online
