Undermount sink that has come away from the bench top. All plumbing is still intact. Wasn’t mounted properly and they didn’t use mounting clips, so would need someone who could supply and install them.

Abbas really is very reliable. He came exactly when he said he would come and performed the job really well, and cleaned everything up before he left. He’s very thorough and checked the skin a few times before leaving.

It was installed new only 18 months ago so I doubt it is something too serious, but it appears to be an electrical fault between the power supply and the element. Maybe the thermostat? I don’t know. I am having an issue with the roller shutter. The motor still sounds like it’s running when I press the switch. The light on the control/switch is on, so it seems like it’s still sending signals.
