I have a Samsung VRT Plus 11kg (Model WW11K8412OW) and the drum will no longer spin. water and power all working fine, but lets say I wont be putting a rug in the washer again!! Hopefully you can come and have a look at it to get it repaired. it drains, runs water, has power but does not spin so not sure if i have broken a belt or something?

ILVE Nostalgia gas cooktop moved and installed in new kitchen. Not sure what has happened in the moving process but flames now coming quite low and uneven. The flame control is also a bit hard now. Needs someone experienced who can figure out what happened and fix the issues.
