This washing machine can’t work anymore after I cleaned the drum yesterday. I’m guessing there might be something wrong with the circuit, or maybe the water leaked. so I would like a skilled technician to check out the causes and repair it. Hi, The smoke alarm in my bedroom is flashing a red light. I can see that the smoke alarm is a Clipsal. I have googled and I believe it to be 755LPSMA4 which has a lithium battery. The manual online says the red light is a low battery indicator. It also says you can’t change the lithium battery. But need to install a new unit. It says that it can be installed by the homeowner but I don’t have the skills to do it so I am looking for someone to do this job. I also have another small job. When I unplugged the kettle the double plastic power point has come loose from the wall. I’m too scared to touch it. But I can see that some of the plastic is broken. When you quote please let me know if you want me to buy the smoke alarm and power point or if you will supply those. I live on Charlotte Street in Brisbane City. The apartment building has visitors parking. I work four days a week but my boss isn’t great at doing the roster so I often don’t know far in advance which day I will have off. Normally by Wednesday/Thursday I have the next week roster. Or I could be available after 3 pm most days. I will try to be as flexible as I can in setting a time to do this job. Thank you.

I currently have a 6 camera Swann system installed in my office. The console can actually handle 8 cameras. So I've purchased 2 additional cameras. I need a handy person to help me fit the extra 2 cameras and connect the cables to the console. I would do it myself but I dont have the tools for it.

Whirlybird has stopped spinning and when it does it makes a really loud noise. Need someone to come and sort it out. I don't have a ladder to get on the roof.

Hey guys, pool solar heating system is leaking. Need someone handy to replace u pipe where there is a small leak. Need it sealed up properly so doesn't leak chlorinated water on our roof. Probably <1 hour if you know what you are doing but very much need pool heater going for spring

Dishwasher repairs, Ikea / electrolux dishwasher repairs. Repair / replacement of dishwasher pump hose. Dishwasher does not drain water. I suspected the drain pump and I have removed and cleaned but has not fixed the issue. After about 40mins of running the Dishwasher cannot drain water.
