I have 7 stumps from large bushes that have been trimmed and need to be removed. They would require a small excavator as the bases are 20-30cm in diameter. The stumps are about 1 metre high making them easy to grab The root structure should be fairy shallow. Clear access is provided as they are adjacent to the driveway (driveway is being replaced in the next few weeks) Price to include disposal (carting and dump fees)

I need 7x lightbulbs change, all reachable with a ladder. Noting, we have tried to change a few but they keep blowing. May need an electrician to diagnose the issue. I cannot reach the other 5, however I have attached photos of the plugs I can see.

Current stair nosing keeps coming loose. I tried epoxy resin and no nails for concrete but only provides short term fix. Would need concrete drilling and screwing into place. 5 steps in total.

Shower tap is leaking, laundry sink tap is leaking. Just after some good bunnings cartridges I think. The seat didn't look bad - I didn't want to reseat as I've not done before. Need someone with exp to educate me.

Basically my break lights don’t turn off when I turn the car off so my battery has been drained. Roadside assistance said it’s a very simple 5 min fix of just replacing the switch or stopper thing under the brake pad. Once replaced i’ll need my car jumpstarted and battery charged for a little and then I’ll take it for a drive to properly recharge it.
