We're unsure of why (USB port works when a phone/watch device is plugged in). Chair is only a few years old and wasn't used for the whole time. Active use probably only came to less than a year. Looking for someone to come help repair the chair.

The machine is almost 9 years old. It's a Samsung BubbleWash 7.5kg front loader. It had been running fine without any problems, until yesterday, when it suddenly started making loud noises while spinning, with 14 minutes remaining on an 1.5 hour washing cycle. I immediately switched it off and felt that the drum is being obstructed. There was also rubber friction smell, and very small bits (like a couple of strands) of the rubber sheet between the drum and the opening had come off torn. After switching off, I rotated the drum, it seems a bit wobbly and a bit obstructed from spinning freely. I would like to save the machine and use it for a couple more years if it can be repaired easily.

There are no issues with starting the heater, but after few minutes , it shuts off with the screen displaying a 'reset' message and error code 13. Pressing the reset button only provides temporary relief as the heater operates for a brief period before shutting off again. This job is to fix this issue and restore the heater to normal operation .

Request onsite repair of LG top loader washing machine to rectify water still dripping in tub and on floor after wash cycles completed unless taps turned off.
